At MadaBel, the mission of our coaches is to guide executives and managers towards humanist, servanthood leadership. Our aim is to turn them into leaders who put themselves at the service of the people around them, helping them to grow through their positive influence. What is mentoring ?
As part of a mentoring program, we put the participant in touch with a person who works in the same professional environment, and who has more experience and skills. This support is designed to challenge the mentee and provide additional learning. Mentoring benefits both the mentee and the organization.

Training workshops
What’s a training workshop ?
We organize training workshops on a variety of topics and themes in line with the objectives and issues of company executives and managers. These workshops are organized in groups of 10 to 14 people and are led by our certified coaches.

Mastermind groups
What’s a Mastermind group ?
We organize meetings between managers and owners of different, non-competing companies. The topics discussed at these meetings are chosen directly by the participants. The group is managed and facilitated by one of our certified coaches.
