Humanist and servanthood leadership

At MadaBel, the mission of our coaches is to guide executives and managers towards humanist, servanthood leadership. Our aim is to turn them into leaders who put themselves at the service of the people around them, helping them to grow through their positive influence. To achieve this, we use different forms of coaching that we adapt according to the professional situation and objectives.

Role of coaching

The coach encourages people to learn things for themselves and helps them to :

  • Becoming better leaders
  • Improve their performance
  • Developing their potential
  • Making the right decisions
  • Compare their experiences with those of neutral, objective external people

What does coaching with MadaBel consist of ?

At MadaBel, we offer two types of coaching, one-on-one and group :

  • Development coaching, which focuses on the personal development of the individual or group.
  • Curative coaching, aimed at resolving a problem (e.g. a conflict between a manager and a member of his team).

The content, duration, pace and form of coaching sessions are defined by the coach and coachee as required.

Mentoring

What is mentoring ?

As part of a mentoring program, we put the participant in touch with a person who works in the same professional environment, and who has more experience and skills. This support is designed to challenge the mentee and provide additional learning. Mentoring benefits both the mentee and the organization.

The role of mentorship

During this support, the mentor aims to:

  • Pass on skills and expertise in leadership and team management
  • Be a role model for the mentee
  • Provide practical, directly applicable advice based on professional experience
  • Help the mentee achieve objectives in line with the company’s strategy.

Training workshops

What’s a training workshop ?

We organize training workshops on a variety of topics and themes in line with the objectives and issues of company executives and managers. These workshops are organized in groups of 10 to 14 people and are led by our certified coaches.

The role of our training workshops

These interactive workshops are led by an experienced coach and enable participants to :

  • Share their experiences
  • Share experiences
  • Acquire practical skills in the subject covered
  • Apply and consolidate their learning.

Mastermind groups

What’s a Mastermind group ?

We organize meetings between managers and owners of different, non-competing companies. The topics discussed at these meetings are chosen directly by the participants. The group is managed and facilitated by one of our certified coaches.

Role of Mastermind groups

Mastermind group meetings enable :

  • Putting business leaders in touch with each other
  • Exchange views on common issues
  • Confront participants with different points of view
  • Find solutions adapted to the problems encountered
